When you’re involved an accident, it’s a big deal to you. And it’s important that it be a big deal to your lawyer and the law firm. I’ve got a staff that is like-minded. And they believe in making sure that people come in, are tended to, that we go out and collect the evidence, and that when they leave the law office they feel that they’re the most important case in our office.

Helping People

I love the law because there is something that is honorable about knowing what’s right and wrong. When you are on the side of right and you’re helping people, it feels good to me. And I’m a lawyer who likes to help people.

The Outcome of Your Case is Very Personal to Me

Well, it’s very personal to me. Number one, I like to do what’s right and, number two, I don’t like to lose. I want to make sure that the client is served well, that the client ,when he comes into the office, feels comfortable with us. And that as the case progresses - whether it’s going to be a settlement case, or whether it’s going to be a case that goes on to trial – when I’m done with that case, I want to feel when I go to bed at night, I’m going to sleep soundly because I know that I did a good job for that client

Mr. Davis founded the Law Offices of Peter N. Davis & Associates, LLC in 1989. In his capacity as a lawyer he has tried many cases and negotiated civil case settlements for thousands of clients.

In addition, Mr. Davis serves as a certified contract advisory with the National Football League Players Association.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Davis maintained private law practices in New York and New Jersey.
